TEST GROUP TESTIMONIALS SEPTEMBER 2011
I have been struggling on and off over the passed 9 years with a mild form of Depression. I've searched the internet extensively and really, vidthera.com was the first site that I found that was not full of words that simply talked about depression. This was my first clue that something was different. After the simple questionaire that confirmed I had
a mild level of depression, I chose my videos and over the next 5 weeks, proceeded to watch the sessions. The videos will full of ideas for me to try and real life practical tips that were straight forward and offered me some ideas to work out of the depression. It's now up to me to follow through on the steps and tips that we suggested. I enjoy the start so far though!

I enjoyed the sessions and found the tips that were given to be easy to follow and very useful. The questions that started the prcess and that rated the level of my depression was really simple and fairly accurate to where I'm at I think.

The video sessions were interesting and not what I expected. A unique idea that still requires me to do some homework to work through my depression and anxiety. It gives me a better idea of a direction now though which I never had before.

The privacy aspect of the videos were really what intrigued me with this site. I could watch each session in privacy at the office or at home and I could see it well on my smart phone. The content of the videos were good and now I have some work to do to follow up on some of the suggestions that were given to assist me with my feelings of depression.

Not a replacement for sitting down and talking with a professional but I don't think it is meant to be. Good first step for anyone with mild depression that's looking for a kick in the ass to get out of their funk!

PRESS RELEASE | AUGUST 24, 2011
We are progressing well towards the complete launch of Vidthera.com and have made a slight update to the proposed launch date. We are now targeting the middle to latter half of 2011.
Circumstances related to development and specifically server resources to ensure that we will have enough available resources to manage the volume, have been our greatest concerns. We are focusing the content and the site towards those that are suffering from Depression and Anxiety and the last thing that we want is for them to be frustrated when working with out videos and processes! We will launch when we are sure that the site, the content and the infastructure supporting all, is good to go!
